Elite Construction Services is Hawaii’s most trusted window, door and railing installation contractor.

Elite Construction Services offers an array of anodized, Kynar and powder coated aluminum railing systems for hotels, condominiums and commercial buildings in new or existing building installations. Anodized aluminum is recommended in coastal areas, as anodizing is the most resistant to the harsh salty and corrosive environments. Anodizing is a process for finishing aluminum alloys that employs electrolytic oxidation of the aluminum surface to produce a protective oxide coating.

Our window, door and railing systems meet all International Building Codes (IBC), as well as City & County code requirements for the state of Hawaii.

The Fairway Manor

The Fairway Manor AOAO was experiencing loss of cool air, leaking and the Ala Moana Boulevard traffic noises due to their windows being 49 years old. We were able to provide them with commercial grade, hurricane rated, anodized aluminum sliding windows that dramatically reduced the sound, kept the cool air inside and put a stop to the chronic leaks.

Laylow Hotel

The Laylow Hotel, formerly known as Aqua Waikiki Wave, had not been renovated in 30-40 years and was ready to take on a major modernization project with state-of-the-art designs. Our team assisted in transforming this building into a modern hotel with custom ipe wood and glass guardrails. The Owner was able to dramatically increase the nightly room rates.
